More Than Enough: A Caregiver Wellness Experience is a three-hour, heart-centered workshop created specifically for caregivers raising children with special needs. This experience offers a safe, supportive space to pause, breathe, and receive care without guilt. Guided by licensed social workers and counselors, participants will engage in emotional wellness sessions, reflective activities, and community connection.
