unwavering support to limited-income families raising children aged 21 years and younger diagnosed with profound physical, developmental, and intellectual disabilities. Through comprehensive workshops and direct financial assistance via our "Pathways to Possibilities" grants, we strive to enhance the quality of life for the children and equip their families with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of raising a child with special needs.

To achieve this, we offer comprehensive, free workshops and financial grants to help fray the costs of equipments, medical supplies, and/or services. Each grant is thoughtfully awarded on a case-by-case basis, ensuring the unique needs are addressed for every family.

To initiate the process, families seeking assistance must complete our online application, demonstrating their financial need and providing proof of their child’s disability. Eligibility for support is reserved for families with an annual income below the $75,000 maximum threshold.
The door to support is always open, with applications accepted year-round. Our board convenes bi-weekly to diligently review and vote on each application, ensuring prompt attention to the families in need. To extend our reach and aid as many families as possible, we provide grants of up to $3,000.
